2017 is magnificent year for us, with certain company changes and innovative ideas just within the first three months of the year.
We have purchased new remote support software (Team Viewer) and recruited 7 Microsoft & Apple Engineers. With the newly recruited engineers, Techon247 has 45 Tech Support engineers who online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support our happy customers.
At the very first time in the Tech Support industry, we started to offer Free Kaspersky Internet Security for all our Home users & Business users. With world top Internet Security Software, now our all customers are worry-less from Viruses, Malware, Ransom-ware and Internet attacks.
We Techon247 Started to support all Android Mobile phones and end to end apple and Microsoft software around 2000 applications. We have increased our support staff to 60 and started to provide 24×7, 365 Days Tech Support for all Home users and Business users.
With four successful years along with 99% happy customers Techon247 refreshed the website and came with new design.
The team continued to grow and our 10 Engineers were able to Microsoft IT Professional Certification. And same year we started to focus on Apple IOS and made our engineers more focus on growing Technologies.
We kicked off the year with the introduction of some exciting new products and services. We moved to our new IT Technical Operation Center and bought 30 Support computers including MAC and PC. We have recruited our first graduate trainee engineer and later he was promoted to Junior Tech Support Engineer.

In 2013 Simon our Lead Tech Support and Mike came on board as our Home User Manager for UK, US & Canada. We grow with 4000 Home users and we started to support all the devices including MAC, PC and any mobile phone. Also we have started our fist costumer management system.
2012 seemed to be the year where everyone noticed the work we were doing. Business continued to grow with 1500 home users and business users.
We brought 10 Tech support engineers onto our growing Tech Support Team and we picked up a number of new support home users and business users.
Techon247 began when Malith, our Director, finished his studies at Sheffield Hallam University. Whilst on his year in industry, he discovered a gap in the Home & Small Business IT market, which he was well-placed to fill.
A few months later, degree in hand, Malith decided to set up his own business. With no previous experience in creating or managing a business, Malith tried to find out what was possible and what wasn’t. The answer was, as all the fairytales taught us, anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
